A application package, a complete set of income proofs, and a background check must be completed prior to the actual rental of your apartment. All payments must be in the form of certified checks or money orders.
One (1) year tax returns and W-2 (from all occupants who are earning income)
Three (3) months of pay stubs (from all occupants who are earning income)
Credit check by TransUnion or by Experian. We will provide more details with links after you request for an application.
Fund proof of one (1) year of rent amount in bank (For students and non-resident aliens only)

If you earn a bit less than 43x the rent amount, bank statements that indicate that you have one year of rent may be needed.
To apply for the apartment, you will need to email centennialastoria@gmail.com a PDF of the completed application, and income proof. You must also complete the TransUnion Credit/Background Check. This will be sent after we review the rest of the application.
For the desired move-in date, please provide the earliest date. DMV-issued ID or passport copies for all occupants are needed, as stated on the third page of the application. Please see the attachment for the application form.
For income proof, we will require the latest tax returns (full package) along with the same year of W-2 forms. 3 months of pay stubs are also needed. All occupants who are receiving some type of income will need to provide a set of income proofs.
All payments are due upon lease signing.
